Limited Arcana for Windranger now available on the Community Market

As of July 1, 2025, Dota 2 players can now obtain the limited Arcana for Windranger. The Fluttering Breeze set has become available for trade and sale on the Steam Community Market.

Valve originally added this Arcana to Dota 2 in September 2020 as a Battle Pass reward. At the time, it was only obtainable by Battle Pass owners who reached level 575.

Later, the set was available in the Winter 2024 Hero Hoard treasure, which was added to the game in December 2024. The average listing price currently stands at around $75, with the minimum price constantly fluctuating due to high demand.
