The BTS Pro Series Season 8 Southeast Asia Dota 2 tournament promises to be an exciting event, with teams competing for a prize pool of $60,000.

Participants

• Ten invited teams
• Two teams from the open qualifier

Group stage -  07.09.2021 - 19.09.2021

• Single round-robin
• All matches are Bo2
• The top four teams advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs
• Teams from 5th to 8th place advance to the lower bracket of the playoffs
• Remaining teams are eliminated

Tiebreaker rules

1. Head-to-head result
2. Number of 2-0 wins
3. Games against teams starting from 1st place

In the case of a tiebreaker for 3 or more teams, one round of bo1 matches will be played between them. If it does not allow to determine the best, the disputed situation will be resolved by flipping a coin in the lobby.

Playoffs - 22.09.2021 - 26.09.2021

• Double-elimination bracket
• All matches, except the grand final, are played in Bo3 format.
• The grand final is Bo5.
