paiN Gaming is a Brazilian esports organization founded in 2010.
The club represented the South American region on the Dota 2 pro scene from 2010 to 2020. The team's main achievements during this period were 3rd-4th place at ESL One Birmingham 2018 and qualifying for The International 2018, where the team finished in 17th-18th place.
In 2020, paiN Gaming left the discipline. Six years later, the organization resumed its Dota 2 activities by signing the Peru Rejects roster.
At the end of February 2026, the club parted ways with David Parker Nicho Flores due to a conflict with the player. He was replaced by Máximo Wits Orozco from Amaru Gaming.
The first tournament for the updated roster was CCT Season 2 Series 8, where the team became champions after defeating 1Win Team 3:0 in the grand final.
At the end of March, the team placed 11-12 at ESL One Birmingham 2026, failing to reach the playoff stage.
Due to unsatisfactory results in April, the organization decided to suspend its Dota division and disband the roster.
