Bio
Chang Ws Wei Sheng is a Malaysian professional Dota 2 player who occupies the role of Offliner. His signature heroes are Timbersaw, Marci and Broodmother. In April 2023, the guy reached the 11,000 MMR mark.
Ws started building his cybersports career in Dota in 2021 in the ranks of the Royale 5 team. At first, the team unsuccessfully tried to qualify for the DPC League in Southeast Asia, and then won the League of the Truth Season 2. On September 6, 2021, during an appearance at the QH Sports Dota Series 2 and FDS Esports Invitational Season 2 Royale 5 was disqualified from those tournaments due to account sharing, and its players were banned by tournament operator Oceanic Esports. Following this incident, Chang resigned from the collective.
On September 26, 2021, Ws joined Atlantis, with whom he immediately won the Epulze Monthly Cup: November 2021 - Southeast Asia. In 2022, the team qualified for the DPC SEA 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division II, where they finished the season in 5th place. In addition, the team won the silver medal at Moon Studio August Mood 2022 and placed in the top three at Khaz Modan Cup Season 2, Khaz Modan Cup Season 4 and Asian Battle Arena Season 2. Ws also helped Team Orca win the BTS Pro Series Season 10: Southeast Asia by playing as a stand-in that year, as well as winning the Commonwealth Esports Championships 2022: Open Event with Team Malaysia.
In March 2023, Ws left Atlantis and joined Horizon, where he finished 5th at DPC SEA 2023 Tour 2: Division II. Chang went on to play for Rectify and Gengar for a while. With the latter he reached third place at Mastercup SEA 2023 and then joined BOOM Esports, with whom he played The International 2023: Southeast Asia Qualifiers. In November, Ws joined the new Talon Esports roster for ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023: Southeast Asia Closed Qualifiers.
