Volodymyr Vovapain Tolmachov is a Ukrainian streamer, analyst, and media personality in the world of Dota 2. He was born and raised in Ukraine, where he developed a passion for video games from a young age. In the esports community, he is known for his sharp tongue, unconventional views on the game, and bold presentation style.
His first steps in esports were in Dota 2, where he played in various semi-professional teams. From 2016 to 2020, he competed with the KBU team, gaining valuable tournament experience. However, over time, it became clear that the path of a professional player was not his goal. Instead, he began developing as a streamer and analyst, where he excelled.
He collaborated with popular figures such as Ramzes666, Stray, PGG, and others. Joint streams and discussions helped him expand his audience. His harsh and sometimes provocative statements towards esports players and streamers often sparked discussions. Some disputes escalated into large-scale conflicts, which only boosted his popularity.
Vovapain also worked as a host at RuHub studio during the closed qualifiers for The Kiev Major in 2017. In this role, he hosted broadcasts and interacted with analysts and commentators, providing viewers with high-quality event coverage.
Additionally, Vovapain actively manages his social media and frequently appears at various media events. He recently participated in a poker media tournament, is a regular guest on BB Streamers Battle, and took part in Fonbet Media Eleague.
In August 2024, Vovapain's Twitch channel was banned for "aggressive speech inciting hatred." In early 2025, Twitch rejected his appeal. The next time he can submit an appeal will be in August 2025.
After his Twitch ban, Tolmachov started streaming on VK Play Live. Following the rejection of his appeal, Vovapain stated that he is considering moving to the Kick platform.
