He started his career in 2018 with ForTheDream and immediately showed good results: third place at The Challenge Cup and eleventh place at ESL One Katowice 2019. He also tried his hand at various qualifications. In 2019, the team disbanded and he joined FTD.Guys.

In 2020, Cui became a member of iG.Vitality. The player's performance in this team became a key moment in his career. Thus, he took first place at the China Dota2 Development League Season 3, third place at the Moon Studio Asian League and fourth place at the WCAA Winter Challenge Cup.
