Bio
Yamich is an up-and-coming Dota 2 esports player who plays on the position 4 support role, preferring heroes like Io, Earth Spirit, and Clockwerk.
Daniil made his debut in November 2018 when he became a substitute for the Winstrike Team. His first teammates were Iceberg and Misha. From November to February, the team participated in many qualifiers, and some of them resulted in victories for Winstrike. Among them were the qualifiers for The Bucharest Minor and DreamLeague Season 11. The successful performances led to Daniil being promoted to the main roster of the organization. However, in the new qualifiers, the team did not live up to expectations, and at the WePlay! Dota 2 Valentine Madness tournament, they finished in 9-12th place. After a series of failures, Yamich and a few teammates and coach ArtStyle left Winstrike Team.
Daniil spent three months searching for new opportunities, and only in June was he hired by the newly formed CIS team, The Pango. Along with Yamich, the team included Dendi, Chappie, and Misha, but the updated roster rarely competed in tournaments, which resulted in the disbandment of players after a disappointing 9-16th place finish in The International 2019: CIS Open Qualifier.
In late October 2019, Yamich joined KHAN, where he quickly found his game. The team earned silver at World Electronic Sports Games 2019 Kazakhstan Finals and also won closed qualifiers for OMG.BET Cup 2 and Arena of Blood. From March, a string of successful performances followed in the Arena of Blood Season 2 (3rd place), GGBET Championship (4th place), and Epic Challenger League Season 1 (2nd place).
In June, Yamich was benched in KHAN and already a month later was leased to Winstrike Team, where he played with Dukalis and DkFogas. In September, the team took prize places in the qualifiers for ESL One Germany 2020, but this did not stop Yamich from leaving Winstrike. In November 2021, Daniil moved to Virtus.pro.
In 2023, Yamich joined Team Secret, with whom he failed to achieve significant results. The team failed to qualify for The International 12, but after several lineup changes, they qualified for ESL One: Kuala Lumpur 2023, where they came in 7th place.
In January 2024, it became known that yamich left Team Secret. His next team was L1ga Team, with which Daniyal participated in the closed qualification for DreamLeague Season 22 as a stand-in.
- In October 2024, Yamich joined 9Pandas but left the team in January 2025.
- May 20, 2025 - Yamich replaced OmaR on Nigma Galaxy for DreamLeague Season 26.
- On July 20, he became part of Zero Tenacity.
It was later revealed that the player had joined MOUZ. At the end of October, MOUZ participated in FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2, where they finished in 5th–6th place after losing in the second round of the Playoff stage. Later, the team entered the top 3 at BLAST SLAM IV and became the champion of PGL Wallachia Season 6.
At the beginning of December, MOUZ competed at BLAST Slam V, finishing in 3rd–4th place after reaching the playoff stage. At DreamLeague Season 27, the team finished its performance in the group stage, with a score of 3-3. At DreamLeague Season 28, the team finished in eighth place.
