Zai told his work at Tundra Esports
Professional player Ludwig Eric Zai Walberg recently became the general manager of the Tundra Esports organization. In an interview, Ludwig talked about his new responsibilities with the team.
Ludwig noted that his job is a little different from his usual duties as a manager. Zai will be dealing with the roster itself and the discipline within it.
It will be different from the usual job of a manager. My responsibilities will be more about the roster itself, the Dota 2 division as a whole. Tasks and problems will be related to the discipline as a whole.
Wahlberg will use his gaming experience to unlock the potential of Tundra players, as well as provide them with the facilities they need.
I will utilize my gaming experience as well as connections and acquaintances in the Dota 2 scene. My priority will be to provide the right environment for Tundra Esports and make sure they play to their potential
Zai also compared his position to that of Team Liquid coach William Blitz Lee, but Ludwig promises to do the opposite. Wahlberg stated that he will be present at all the events, though he will remain in the shadows.
I think my role will be similar to Blitz's role in Team Liquid. I will follow his example and do the opposite. I won't always be in the spotlight, it's a more shadowy role. But I will still be present at events.
The next tournament for Tundra Esports will be DreamLeague Season 22, where the team got through the regional qualification. The team was placed in Group B at the group stage of the tournament, its opponents will be Team Spirit, Xtreme Gaming, Team Liquid, 1WIN, Team Secret, Shopify Rebellion and Aurora Gaming.
As Cyberscore.live previously reported, Zai joined Tundra Esports ahead of DreamLeague Season 22.
