Valve awarded prizes for participation in The International 2026 fantasy league
On 28 August, rewards for participating in the fantasy league and making predictions during The International 2026 became available in Dota 2. Based on their results, players received Dota Plus subscriptions, Terrain Tokens, discounts on the physical Aegis, and Tyrian Regalia treasure.
To receive the minimum reward, players must rank within the top 15%:
- Top 100 (~from 35,000 points or more): One-year Dota Plus subscription, Terrain Token, a 100% discount on a Collectible Aegis and five Tyrian Regalia treasures;
- Top 1,500 (~from 29,000 points or more): A six-month Dota Plus subscription, Terrain Token, a 100% discount on a Collectible Aegis and two Tyrian Regalia treasures;
- 95th percentile (~from 21,000 points or more): A two-month Dota Plus subscription, Terrain Token, a 50% discount on a Collectible Aegis and one Tyrian Regalia treasure;
- 90th percentile (~from 16,600 points or more): A one-month Dota Plus subscription and Terrain Token;
- 85th percentile (~from 14,000 points or more): One-month Dota Plus subscription.
The maximum number of points that could be earned in the fantasy league was 48,000, provided the fantasy team finished in the 100th percentile in both stages of the tournament, and all predictions were correct in both the group stage and the playoffs.
If all six landscapes available in the token are already owned, an additional Tyrian Regalia treasure will be awarded instead. Dota Plus reward subscriptions can be gifted to friends.
Owners of the physical Aegis will also receive a gift code to claim a unique in-game Roshan skin in the TI15 colour scheme.
The International 2026 took place from 13.08.2026 to 23.08.2026 in Shanghai, China. Sixteen teams took part in the competition, and the tournament’s prize pool totalled over $3,600,000. Team Spirit won the tournament, defeating Team Vision 3:2 in the grand final.
