Elite League 2024: Tundra Esports and OG advance to the second round of the group stage

Tundra Esports was able to defeat Blacklist International in the fourth round of the Swiss stage of Elite League 2024. With this win, Tundra will now advance to the second round of the tournament's group stage, which begins on April 5. At the same time, OG defeated Heroic and will also participate in the next stage of the group stage, which starts on April 5.

In the first stage, Tundra Esports was able to defeat 9Pandas, Nigma Galaxy and Blacklist International. The only team that Tundra couldn't match up with was suddenly Heroic, then Ivan Pure Moskalenko's team lost the series 2-1.

The match against Blacklist International ended with a score of 2-1 in favor of Tundra Esports. The first map lasted 60 minutes, throughout the game Blacklist held a solid lead and was able to take the map to their account. The second map started with the total domination of Tundra, which forced Blacklist International to give up already on the 19th minute. On the third map, the situation was similar: the game ended in 33 minutes with a total score of 11-40 in favor of Tundra.

OG has only lost one match during their time at the tournament, against Entity. The series against Heroic ended 2-1. Sebastian Ceb Debs' team took the first and third maps with confidence. On the second map, the team was unable to recover from a teamfight in the 38th minute and gave the game to Heroic.

Elite League 2024 is an online tournament that will be the first in the Elite League series. The event is organized by Fissure and ESB. The tournament will run from March 31 to April 15 and will feature 24 teams competing for a $1 million prize pool.

As Cyberscore.live previously reported, Entity Gaming and BOOM Esports reached the second group stage of Elite League 2024.
