TNC Predator defeated Team Music and IHC Esports defeated Sabong esports in the semifinals of the second open qualifier for Southeast Asia at The International 2024. The winners earned slots in the closed qualifiers and will battle in the final open qualifiers for seeding in the closed qualifiers.

The first open qualifiers for SEA, which took place on June 3-4, were overcome by Yangon Galacticos and PRISM Esports, who will now play in the closed qualifiers.
