Team Liquid set a few records by winning at The International 2024

Team Liquid won the thirteenth tournament of The International series yesterday, defeating Gaimin Gladiators in the grand finals 3-0.

Winning the tournament brought the team more than a million dollars. In addition, the team set a number of records:

• Team Liquid became the first team to not lose a single map in the entire playoffs of The International;
• Neta 33 Shapira became the first player to win The International twice with completely different players;
• Michael miCKKe Vu, Samuel Boxi Svahn and Aydin iNSaNiA Sarkohi became the players who played together the longest and eventually won The International;
• iNSaNiA became the oldest champion of The International, winning at 30 years old;
• Team Liquid became the first organization to win two TIs with completely different rosters.
