Team Liquid made an emergency substitution ahead of the lower bracket final at PGL Wallachia Season 5. Due to the deteriorating health of Aydin Insania Sarkohi, who is currently hospitalized, his spot in the roster was taken by Matthew Ari Walker, a player from the disbanded Natus Vincere roster.

Tournament organizers officially approved the substitution as an emergency and justified move. It is known that the updated Team Liquid roster will face BetBoom Team in their upcoming match.
