Team Liquid moved SaberLight to the bench
Team Liquid has officially announced changes to its roster. Offlaner Jonas SaberLight Volek has been moved to the bench. The announcement was made on the club's X page.
“During his time with us, Jonas Volek has shown tremendous growth, dedication, and positivity. We will continue to support him as he looks toward new opportunities ahead.”
SaberLight has represented Liquid since September 2024. With him, the team won PGL Wallachia Season 3 and 4, as well as FISSURE Universe: Episode 5. At Riyadh Masters 2025, the team finished in 5th-8th place, and at The International 2025, they did not make it to the playoffs at all, finishing in 9th-13th place.

Club representatives have not announced who will replace SaberLight. According to rumors, the team's carry, Michael miCKe Wu, may move to offlane. Recall that similar changes took place in Heroic — Adrian Wisper Dobles took over the mid lane instead of Joao 4nalog Giannini.
It should be noted that Team Liquid has already received a direct invitation to BLAST SLAM IV, which starts on October 14 and will be held in Singapore. Twelve teams will raffle off a prize pool of $1,000,000.
As CyberScore reported earlier, Tundra Esports announced changes to its roster.
