Team Hryvnia and Pasika UA unveil new rosters

The Ukrainian esports project Team Hryvnia continues its operations and plans to take part in upcoming qualifiers. This was announced by Oleksandr tony Vyhovskyi, who previously worked as a manager for Passion UA.

At the moment, the head coach position remains undisclosed, while the team’s permanent manager is Vanya kurata. The roster is set to compete in the next qualifiers and is determined to continue working together.

It is worth noting that the previous Team Hryvnia roster was signed by Team Lynx in late January 2025. Since then, there had been no updates on a new lineup, with the only appearance being at European Pro League Season 27, where Team Hryvnia fielded a stand-in roster and finished in 10th place. After that, the team was rebuilt and will now compete in an updated roster at the upcoming qualifiers.

In addition, Vyhovskyi stated that the former Passion UA roster will compete in the upcoming qualifiers under the Pasika UA tag. The team made one change: Mark mangekyou Kharlamov joined the roster as the new midlaner, while the adjustments are described as experimental. According to Oleksandr, the updated roster is considered a test lineup, though interesting results are expected.

It is worth recalling that two weeks ago Passion UA disbanded its roster, with all players becoming free agents. The likely reason was the team’s unsatisfactory results at recent tournaments.

The next appearance for the updated teams will be the open qualifiers for BLAST SLAM VI, which start on January 2. The closed qualifiers are scheduled for January 5, while the main stage of the tournament will take place from 13.02.2026 to 15.02.2026 in Malta, where twelve teams will compete for a $1,000,000 prize pool.
