Team Falcons have become the champions of FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2

For the FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2 championship title, BetBoom Team faced Team Falcons, who fought their way through the entire lower bracket, defeating many strong opponents along the way. Meanwhile, BetBoom Team advanced to the grand final through the upper bracket. The series required four maps to determine the winner, with Team Falcons ultimately claiming the title.

The teams had already met earlier in the tournament during the group stage, where Falcons also emerged victorious. This win marked their fifth consecutive head-to-head victory.

In the first game, Falcons held a lead of over 10,000 gold, but after a decisive fight at the 30-minute mark, BetBoom managed to turn the game around and destroy the enemy Ancient. The second game was a one-sided domination from Falcons, ending in 26 minutes with a kill score of 23–4. The third map also went entirely under the control of Falcons.

The fourth and final map became the last chance for BetBoom Team, but despite a solid draft, they couldn’t make a comeback. Falcons picked one of the best heroes for their offlaner, Ammar ATF Assaf - Timbersaw, a hero he is widely regarded as one of the best in the world at. ATF finished the match with a 10-3-13 scoreline, securing Team Falcons the FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2 championship title and $350,000 in prize money. BetBoom Team took second place, earning $180,000.

After the final, each Team Falcons player shared their thoughts on the victory, noting that the team felt confident and calm throughout the entire series, fully trusting both themselves and one another.

Midlaner Stanislav Malr1ne Potorak dedicated the victory to his girlfriend and family, thanking them for their support.

This championship became the third in a row for Team Falcons, following their triumphs at The International 2025 and FISSURE Universe: Episode 6. For BetBoom Team, their last major success remains their victory at PGL Wallachia Season 5, held in June of this year.

FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2 took place from 23.10.2025 to 02.11.2025 in Belgrade, Serbia. Sixteen teams competed for a prize pool of $1,000,000. You can follow the full tournament coverage in the report.
