SumaiL lost to the Evil Geniuses in court
Said SumaiL Sumail Hassan has lost his trial against Evil Geniuses. He accused the club of breach of contract and fraud. The investigation lasted for two years, but the court rejected the player's charges against his former club.

The reason for the lawsuit was the stock transferred to the player. In 2016, in an attempt to keep Said, the organization offered him 400,000 stocks in the company. The company was later bought out by Peak6 Strategic Capital group and the player's stock was converted into 265,338 common stock units and 106,667 restricted common stock units without explanation.
In August 2019, SumaiL received a new contract that included a monthly salary of $20,000. However, in September, the contract was amended and the player was released from his obligations to the organization while having his salary reduced to $2,000. In November, management proposed a mutual termination clause in the contract that would release mider from all obligations in the organization.
Lawyers for the esportsman stated that Evil Geniuses did not provide Hassan with all the information and claim that the player was forced to sign the termination agreement.
As Cyberscore.live previously reported, the cybersports organization 1win announced a new series of online tournaments: 1win Series Dota 2 Spring.
