The International 12: Team Spirit will start the playoffs at the Upper Bracket

Team Spirit defeated Shopify Rebellion 2-0 and guaranteed themselves a Upper Bracket playoff spot at The International 12. Previously, Spirit was the strongest in Group A, winning 4 matches and not losing a single map. 

Team Spirit successfully rebounded in Group A and therefore had the opportunity to pick an opponent in the desiderider for playoff seeding. Shopify Rebellion will start at the Lower Bracket. 

As Cyberscore reported earlier, 4 teams dropped out of The International 12 at the end of the first phase of the group stage.
