Shishak: “Antoha's behavior cannot be justified. That's not the way to do it anyway.”
Nemiga Gaming support Alexey Shishak Ustinov spoke out about the incident with Anton antoha Marchenko, which happened in the match Nemiga against Dragon Esports at European Pro League Season 21 (antoha wrote “GG” and disconnected from the game at the 5th minute).
“The behavior of antoha cannot be justified. This is not the way to do it anyway. It's understandable that there were problems and he was mad about something, and there was miscommunication in terms of characters, what he said he wanted to play on his something there. But he tolerated it, and like he shouldn't have done that anyway. He's already said so. And it's so clear to everyone that it's not possible to leave from the official match, nothing would have happened”
A former teammate of antoha also refuted his words about ridicule and disrespect in the team:
“Nobody mocked antoha. Nobody was making fun of him. And like, I read a little bit of what he said. Well, some of it's true, some of it's actually lies. So let's just say he generalized. That somebody thought he was a clown or something, there was no such thing. No one has ever said that he was some kind of a weak player, or that they were making fun of his ideas”
Caster Vladimir Maelstorm Kuzminov and Team Spirit manager Dmitry Korb3n Belov also spoke about the incident
Maelstorm's comment:
“Yep. based. But I'd like to tell Antoha that in such cases you should leave before the game, or better after, but not during.
Yes, apparently, there are a lot of problems in Nemiga. Not the best conditions. And where there are no problems and the conditions are the best? In tier-1 teams? Well, yes, that's how champions play there”
Korb3n comment :
“I'm more [surprised] how he got picked up. How did they get him in Nemiga? What, no one knew that antoha could be expected to do like this?”
Recall that antoha was removed from the roster of Nemiga Gaming immediately after the incident.
As CyberScore reported earlier, Dukalis will miss BLAST Slam I.
