Tundra's team captain Ivan Pure Moskalenko gave a post-match interview after their victory against 9Pandas.

Pure attributed the loss in the first series of the tournament against Heroic to the drafts.

"[Question - What went wrong yesterday?] In the draft, it didn't go well after the Titan pick in the second phase, but I should have picked Luna instead of Meepo. I wanted to play Meepo, so it didn't work out.

[Question - Aren't you tired of playing Luna?] Luna and Morphling are actually two of my favorite heroes in Dota, so no, I'm not tired of it. Sometimes I do crave variety, hence I decided to play Meepo.

[Question - What happened with Mars in the lane?] Well, I don't know, the offlaners somehow come to me when I play Morphling, and for some reason, they have 2k at 10 minutes, I don't know how that happens. It also happened with Wisper, it's just not working out for the guys".

Additionally, Ivan talked about how he chooses heroes for the mid-laner, assessed the team's future prospects in the tournament, and shared against which teams he would like to play.

"[Question - Did you quickly decide on Topson's standard hero choices?] When Topson wants certain heroes, he always tells me, it's my job to pick him a hero. So today, I suggested Puck, and Topson played Puck.

[Question - How do you rate your chances going forward?] I think we'll definitely make it to the main event, let's see what place we'll take further. But we should definitely make it to the main event.

[Question - Are there any teams you'd really like to play against?] I'd like to play with the best teams, I'd like to play against GG in an official match... I'd like to see how Falcons play, with Xtreme, with BB... There are many good teams we haven't played with because we didn't pass the stages where we would play with them.”

It's worth noting that Tundra is currently competing in the Elite League 2024. On the first day, the team lost to Heroic with a score of 2:1, but on the second day, they leveled the series score by defeating 9Pandas with a score of 2:0.
