PGL has published updated rules for community streamers covering Dota 2 tournaments, including PGL Wallachia Season 4.

Key points:
- Dota TV only: only Dota TV can be used for broadcasts. Restreaming official or partner streams is prohibited.
- Non-commercial use: placing sponsor materials on the stream and channel page, including logos, banners, and merchandise, is prohibited, even during breaks between games.
- Additional delay: for online tournaments, an additional 5-minute delay is required; for offline events, 3 minutes, on top of the standard Dota TV delay.
- Restrictions for commercial entities: unlicensed commercial broadcasters and their employees cannot participate in community casts.
- Prohibition of studio features: professional broadcasting tools such as replays, highlights, or studio setups with multiple participants are not allowed.
- Transparency of opinions: streamers must clearly state that they express personal opinions and do not represent PGL, Valve, or their partners.
- Positive image: it's important to maintain a positive atmosphere around PGL tournaments in broadcasts and social media.
- Banner under the player: Russian-speaking streamers are required to place a banner linking to the main Paragon Events broadcast under the player.
PGL reserves the right to make changes to these rules at its discretion.
PGL Wallachia Season 4 will take place from 19.04.2025 to 27.04.2025 in Bucharest, Romania, with a $1,000,000 prize pool shared among 16 teams.
