PGL announced partnership with Perfect World
Tournament operators PGL and Perfect World have announced a strategic partnership spanning from 2024 to 2026. Information about this was published on the companies' official website.
As part of the collaboration, PGL will have exclusive rights to PW events, including English broadcasts. Perfect World, in turn, will have the same rights to all PGL events in China.
The partnership covers competitions in Dota 2 and Counter-Strike 2.
"The collaboration aims to enhance the quality of tournaments and establish new standards in the industry," company representatives stated.

Earlier, PGL announced its intention to host eight Dota 2 championships over three years. The latest Dota 2 tournament under the PGL banner was the PGL Arlington Major 2022. Additionally, the company served as the contractor for three DPC seasons in Western Europe and North America in 2023 and hosted The International 2023.
