AVULUS made a registration mistake for The International 2025 qualifiers

The Dota 2 roster of AVULUS will participate in the Western Europe closed qualifier for The International 2025 with Fabian Mo13ei Knehr instead of Vitaliy Worick Brezgin. Club representatives made a mistake during the tournament registration, listing Worick as a stand-in. The information was shared via the organization’s social media.

At the time of submitting the application, the final decision regarding our midlaner hadn’t been made yet, so Mo13ei was included in the starting lineup. A few days later, Worick joined the team. We updated the application but made a mistake — we listed him as a stand-in instead of a core player. According to PGL regulations, a stand-in can only play in case of force majeure. Therefore, Mo13ei will play in the starting lineup for the qualifiers

Worick joined the roster at the end of May, replacing Mo13ei. In the updated lineup, the team already competed in the Riyadh Masters 2025 qualifiers, finishing second after losing the grand final to NAVI Junior.

Current AVULUS roster:

Aleksei Knight Svirydau
Fabian Mo13ei Knaer
Andreas Xibbe Ragnemalm
Athanasios dEsire Kartsabas
Tal Fly Aizik

The Western Europe closed qualifier for The International 2025 is held from June 13 to 17. Ten teams are competing for two slots in the main tournament.

Earlier, CyberScore.live reported that Xtreme Gaming qualified for The International 2025.
