Teams

OG has announced that Old G's Kartik 'Kitrak-' Rathi and Nigma Galaxy's Ivan 'MinD_ContRoL' Borislavov will replace Dmitry 'DM' Dorokhin and Evgeny 'Chuvash' Makarov as part of the team at the upcoming ESL One Berlin Major 2023. This was announced on the team's Twitter page.

The club's management is still trying to resolve DM and Chu's visa issues and hope that the esportsmen will help OG in the later stages of the tournament.

"We felt good about the proccess, especially being supported by ESL, to obtain visas. DM returned to Moscow and his application was accepted almost instantly, and Misha/Chu were able to obtain appointments in Serbia. Everything seemed to be moving in the right direction, ubtil last week we found out that all three applications had been declined. We are still working through appeals and other consulates to obtain visas prior to next week, however we need to be prepared for any options. We are hopeful that our players will join us later in the event, but in the meantime are grateful for both Kitrak and MinD_ContRoL for coming to our aid," it is written in the team statement.

Recall that ESL One Berlin Major 2023 starts on April 26, and the prize fund of the tournament will be $500,000 and 2,700 DPC points. We invite you to familiarize yourself with the results of the group stage draw.
