MESA Invitational 2024: final tournament statistics

On December 15, MESA Invitational 2024 concluded, with Talon Esports emerging as the champions. A total of 38 matches were played during the championship, but despite this, CyberScore has prepared detailed statistics. Today, we will look not only at the best and worst heroes of the event but also the best players. The information was shared by the analytical portal SpectralStats.

The leader in terms of picks and bans was Alchemist, who was picked or banned 38 times. Second place went to Phoenix, with 33 picks and bans, while Magnus, with 30 draft appearances, rounded out the top three most in-demand heroes. Additionally, Dragon Knight, Phoenix, and Lion were the leaders in picks, while among the most banned heroes, besides Alchemist, were Doom (32 bans) and Timbersaw (24 bans).

Dawnbreaker and Lion demonstrated the highest win rates (80%), with Lion being picked 15 times, making him the most successful support of the tournament. Meanwhile, Gyrocopter also performed impressively, achieving a win rate of 72.73%. On the other hand, Batrider (10%), Pangolier (27.27%), and Lich (30%) were the least successful heroes of the championship.

The leaders in KDA on the tournament were the players from Talon Esports. Rafli Mikoto Fathur Rahman claimed first place with a result of 9.83, followed by Carlo Kuku Palad, whose score was 9.31. In third place was Chang Ws Wei Sheng, with a KDA of 6.66.

In the category of the best GPM and XPM, another Talon Esports player stood out - Kuku, with 749 GPM and 875 XPM. Second place went to Jin flyfly Zhiyi from Yakult's brothers, who reached 733/814, while stand-in Aurora Gaming's Jinn Palos Marrey claimed third place with 716/846.

MESA Invitational 2024 took place from December 10 to 14 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. 8 teams participated in the tournament. The event's prize pool amounted to $100,000.
