“We were eliminated from the tournament in disgrace”, — Malady named the reason for Team Yandex’s failure at PGL Wallachia Season 8

Team Yandex's position five player, Arman Malady Orazbayev, stated that the team did not hold a boot camp ahead of PGL Wallachia Season 8, which, in his opinion, was one of the reasons for their early exit from the tournament. The esports player shared his thoughts on his Telegram channel.

"In short, we were eliminated from the tournament in disgrace, with a 0-3 record. There are no excuses for this, only assumptions as to why it all happened. I think it’s probably because our preparation for this tournament was very lacking.

Before all other tournaments, we usually held a boot camp; this time we decided not to do that, and this is how it turned out. The fact that we played like crap, I think, cannot be denied. It’s just a fact. But there are still tournaments ahead. I think we’ll prepare properly and put on a good show.”

Finishing in 15th–16th place at PGL Wallachia Season 8 was the tag’s worst result. The squad lost their matches against Team Falcons and SA Rejects with a score of 0–2, and in the decisive match, they fell to Natus Vincere with a score of 2–1.

As a reminder, Dmitry DM Dorokhin took the third position on the Team Yandex roster, replacing Evgeny Noticed Ignatenko. With Dorokhin, the team secured a victory at the previous tournament in the PGL Wallachia series. Martin Saksa Sazdov announced that the organization is working on a full transfer for DM, who is currently representing the club as a stand-in.
