Mad Kings disbanded after StingeR's ban
South American eSports club from Peru, Mad Kings has announced that it has discontinued its Dota 2 roster following an incident with Steven StingeR Vargas in qualifiers for DreamLeague Season 22. The organization has temporarily withdrawn from the discipline.
After losing to Thunder Awaken in the closed qualifiers for DreamLeague Season 22, in which the Mad Kings team received a technical loss due to the banning of the main account of Steven StingeR Vargas and left the qualifiers in South America for DreamLeague Season 22. The Mad Kings organization decided to terminate the contract with the estar_backs pack, of which their players were members. The club also emphasized that the reason for blocking the account was not the boost, but rather the sharing of account by the squad players.

Mad Kings finished fourth in South American qualifying for The International 2023 and also failed to qualify for the ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 Championship in Malaysia, at the same time Valve began blocking smurf accounts for professional Dota 2 players (including StingeR's account).
