Loss of motivation for iNSaNiA, Team Falcons crisis, and Sneyking’s thoughts on his career: new All Chat podcast
Former Team Liquid player Aydin iNSaNiA Sarkohi and Team Falcons support Wu Sneyking Jingjun shared their thoughts in a podcast about problems within the professional scene, team crises, and emotional burnout among players.
According to iNSaNiA, The International 2025 became his most emotional tournament in the last few years:
For most tournaments throughout the year, I barely felt anything anymore. But at the last The International, everything was different. Especially in the series against Tundra, from the very first minute, my heart was in my throat, and that feeling never went away throughout the entire series.
The player noted that at the time he was not yet certain about retiring, but understood that the tournament could very well become his last:
Our team at that time was a complete mess. It felt like I didn’t want to end things like this and that I had to make a difference myself. Usually you just try to do your job consistently, but back then it simply wasn’t enough.
At The International 2025, Liquid failed to reach the playoffs after losing to Tundra Esports in the second stage of the group stage. Shortly after the tournament, Sarkohi decided to retire from professional play.

Separately in the podcast, Sneyking spoke about the difficulties within Team Falcons in recent months. According to him, after a disappointing performance at DreamLeague Season 28, the roster was close to disbanding. The reasons were poor results, Ammar ATF Al-Assaf’s injury, and internal conflicts after the tournament.
At DreamLeague, the team was eliminated during the group stage, after which it placed 12th at PGL Wallachia Season 7 and 7th at ESL One Birmingham 2026, which greatly surprised the community. Only at the most recent PGL Wallachia Season 8 did the roster manage to finish in the top 3.
At the same time, Jingjun believes that constant roster changes rarely help teams:
Not every patch is going to be your best one. Sometimes players are not in their peak form, and sometimes personal issues get in the way. But replacing players does not solve these problems, essentially, it is just rolling the dice and hoping for a lucky result.
The support player also noted that the modern professional scene has become far more disciplined compared to the early years:
Players now treat this as a real profession. You need to respect your teammates’ time because nobody knows how long their career will last.
The next tournament for Falcons will be DreamLeague Season 29, which will take place online from 13.05.2026 to 24.05.2026, where 16 teams will compete for a $1,000,000 prize pool.
Earlier, Cyberscore shared Andrii Ghostik Kadyk’s opinion regarding HEROIC leaving Dota 2 and the issue of excessively high player salaries.
