Gaimin Gladiators win The Lima Major 2023

Gaimin Gladiators defeated Team Liquid in the grand final of The Lima Major 2023, securing their second win in a row over their Western European rivals. Dyrachyo and company did not experience any problems on any of the maps, closing the series with a score of 3:0.

For the first place, GG earned $200,000 and 400 DPC points. Liquid, who were confidently going through the tournament bracket, but could not cope with the sudden loss of Boxi, replenished their budget with $100k and 350 DPC points. The third position, $75,000 and 300 DPC points were won by Talon Esports.

The Lima Major 2023 was held from February 22 to March 5 in the capital of Peru. The total prize pool of the tournament was $500,000 and 1,900 DPC points.
