ESIC announces decision on lilskrip sanctions: what it means for the player
Former esports player Baurzhan lilskrip Bisembayev announced that ESIC has lifted his ban from participating in tournaments. He shared the information on his Telegram channel. The decision was made following his active cooperation with the investigation, during which he provided information about other individuals involved in the violations.
ESIC (Esports Integrity Commission) is an independent body responsible for investigating violations of fair play principles in esports, including match-fixing, the use of multiple accounts, and player substitution.

In its official statement, the commission noted that the mitigation of sanctions was made possible specifically due to this cooperation. It also confirmed cases of multiple account usage in official matches, roster changes, and player substitutions from other teams.
Taking into account the involvement of other players in the violations, Baurzhan Bisembayev’s punishment was reduced due to his active cooperation with ESIC, which was also considered when shortening the disqualification period. The commission will later publish the results of the investigation into other individuals whose sanctions remain in force.
At the same time, the organization emphasized that this decision does not отменe the lifetime sanctions previously imposed by Valve and PGL. As a result, Baurzhan Bisembayev is still not allowed to participate in official tournaments, including The International.
Earlier, lilskrip stated that PGL do not plan to reconsider their decision. He also recently admitted that he secretly held the position of CEO of Runa Team, which led to a conflict within the team and the organization’s decision to end cooperation and disband the roster.
