Esports Nations Cup 2026: The teams that will receive direct invitations to the championship have been determined

BLAST SLAM VII has come to an end — the final tournament where players had the chance to earn a direct invite for their national team to the 2026 Esports Nations Cup in Dota 2.

Following the tournament, Thiolicor and KJ reached the finals and earned enough points to secure a direct invite for the Brazilian team, edging out Peru in the qualifiers. The Czech national team will also have to go through the qualifiers, having lost their slot to Poland, whose additional points were earned by Nisha.

For the other teams, the results of BLAST SLAM VII had no significant impact: the top-16 teams merely solidified their positions, while the rest will compete for a spot at ENC 2026 in the qualifiers.

Esports Nations Cup 2026 will take place from 02.11.2026 to 29.11.2026. The championship will feature competitions in 16 esports disciplines. Over 100 national teams will compete for a total prize pool of $20,000,000.

In the national Dota 2 competition, 32 teams will compete for $1,500,000. In addition to the 16 teams that received direct invitations, another 14 teams will qualify through regional qualifiers, and the final 2 spots will be allocated via Wildcards.
