DM on the offlane meta and heroes that need a rework

PARIVISION offlaner Dmitry DM Dorokhin shared his opinion on heroes he believes need a rework.

I would definitely rework Venomancer. Right now, he’s neither a proper support nor a viable core — just terrible. It feels like the hero needs a full revamp. Necrophos, Outworld Destroyer and Venomancer — these three need a rework to stay relevant.

He also commented on the current state of offlane heroes and named the strongest position 3 hero in patch 7.39b:

In my opinion, Dark Seer performs well against most carries in Dota — that’s his strength. Shadow Fiend loses to him, Terrorblade is terrible, Templar Assassin struggles, Morphling too. Almost all carries perform poorly against Dark Seer.
