Team Liquid's Dota 2 lineup coach William Blitz Lee has shared plans for the return of Ludwig zai Wahlberg and Lasse MATUMBAMAN Urpalainen to the Dota 2 cybersport scene.

As a longtime acquaintance of both players, Blitz has stated that he has no intention of bringing players back to Liquid specifically, but just wants to get them to come back to their favorite game.

In 2024 I will try to convince zai and MATUMBAMAN to come back to Dota 2 so we can beat the sh*t out of them.

Zai has taken a break from his cybersport career, with Neta 33 Shapira replacing him on the team. MATUMBAMAN left the main roster of Team Liquid due to military service, but after that he reunited the team and participated in a small LAN-tournament, in which he lost.

Zai is a very famous European player who despite his long career never ceased to amaze the community with his high level of understanding of the game and directness of thinking. During his cybersport career he was able to earn more than 4.2 million dollars.

MATUMBAMAN is a professional Dota 2 player from Finland, playing as a kerry and midranger, champion of The International 2017, a number of majors and major tournaments. Lasse gained fame as a member of Team Liquid.

Earlier, Shopify Rebellion offliner Jonas SabeRLighT- Volek shared his impressions about playing standin for Team Liquid.
