Arteezy about DarkMago: "I don't want to play with this animal"

During a ranked Dota 2 match between professional players Artour Arteezy Babaev and Oswaldo DarkMago Herrera Martinez, a conflict broke out that resulted in the Canadian player refusing to continue and going AFK.

The incident stemmed from tense interactions between team members. Arteezy openly criticized the Peruvian midlaner, calling his playstyle unacceptable and questioning his professional skills. He said he did not want to continue the match on the same team as DarkMago.

According to Babaev, DarkMago is unable to work effectively with a team and lacks sufficient game skills. He also questioned the player's achievements in the pro scene, pointing out his lack of LAN tournament victories.

He earned $200,000, but hasn’t won a single LAN tournament. He hasn’t even come close to winning a LAN, yet he sits there talking about accolades…
I don’t understand why I should compare myself to this crap. He can’t win. He can’t win in any situation. He’s incapable

The conflict didn’t end there. In the next ranked match, the players ended up on opposing teams and continued the quarrel in all-chat. The argument turned into personal insults and a debate over esports accomplishments.

Arteezy:
DarkMago, I’d rather be a streamer than a player who always finishes 16th. In 15 years you’ll be homeless, bro. So just keep focusing on Dota, don’t focus on me. $282,181 earned over 10 years. You earned less than my cousin.

DarkMago:
You lost to me

Arteezy:
So what? Good luck

DarkMago:
At The International

Arteezy:
Yeah bro. You’re good

As of the time of publication, the incident is being actively discussed on social media. Some users side with the Shopify Rebellion carry, while others criticize the Canadian player's behavior as toxic and publicly humiliating. Neither Arteezy nor DarkMago has commented on the incident so far.

Earlier, CyberScore.live reported that M80 qualified for DreamLeague Season 26.
