Tundra Esports offlaner Neta 33 Shapira talked about who he thinks is the best third position player in Dota 2. The two-time TI champion shared his opinion in a post-match interview at BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024.

33 highlighted two third position players. According to him, Magomed Collapse Khalilov and Sebastien Ceb Debs are the strongest offlaners in history. In addition, Neta noted the unique sides of Ceb, emphasizing his ability to create unconventional and, most importantly, effective builds for heroes.

The Israeli also shared his thoughts on Collapse's gameplay. In his opinion, Magomed is the best in microcontrol, and few can compete with him.
