Talon played with a similar roster in 2023 (with the exception of Ws, whose position in the offlane was taken by Jabz). During the season, the team won many prizes in Tier-1 championships, including 8th place at ESL One Berlin Major 2023 and 4th place at DreamLeague Season 20, as well as finishing in the top 3 at Lima Major 2023 and Riyadh Masters 2023. After finishing 11th at The International 2023, the team disbanded.
The updated roster will debut in the closed qualifiers for Southeast Asia and China at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2. Eight teams will compete for one slot in the championship, which will take place from October 23 to November 2 in Belgrade, Serbia. In addition, Talon received a direct invitation to BLAST SLAM IV. The LAN tournament will take place in November in Singapore. Twelve teams will compete for a prize pool of $1,000,000.
As CyberScore reported earlier, Talon Esports admitted to delays in payments to players.
