TP out refers to using a Town Portal Scroll to urgently escape from a dangerous position. It’s commonly used to retreat to base or relocate to another accessible area. The teleportation spell takes 3 seconds when teleporting to a tower for the first time, then 5 seconds, and each subsequent use increases by 0.5 seconds. Teleporting to outposts takes 1 second longer than to other buildings (4 seconds). Teleporting to the fountain always takes 3 seconds for every hero.
