Tarrasque
Tarrasque is the slang name for the Heart of Tarrasque item in Dota 2. The name refers to the nearly invincible monster Tarrasque from Dungeons & Dragons, which in turn refers to the mythological dragon Tarrasque.
It provides a health bonus and a unique passive regeneration effect that restores a significant amount of health outside of combat if the hero has not taken damage in the last few seconds. This item significantly increases the survivability of tanky and strong heroes, allowing them to stay in battle longer and recover quickly from damage, which is especially important for heroes involved in prolonged fights.
