Tarrasque

Tarrasque is the slang name for the Heart of Tarrasque item in Dota 2. The name refers to the nearly invincible monster Tarrasque from Dungeons & Dragons, which in turn refers to the mythological dragon Tarrasque.

It provides a health bonus and a unique passive regeneration effect that restores a significant amount of health outside of combat if the hero has not taken damage in the last few seconds.
