MoM

MoM is the shortened name for the Mask of Madness item in Dota 2.

The artifact grants vampirism and has an active ability that significantly increases attack speed but reduces armor and prevents abilities from being used while the effect is active. It is usually built on carries for quick damage and farming. In Dota Allstars, this item was also called Mask of Madness and already had a similar Berserk effect, increasing attack power at the cost of vulnerability.
