Hex
Hex is a disable effect in Dota 2 that completely prevents a hero from using abilities, items, attacking, or applying most effects, while also transforming their appearance (usually into an animal). A hero under Hex is also heavily slowed.
Hex is one of the strongest forms of crowd control in the game, as it disables all core actions at once. It’s used to neutralize dangerous heroes before or during a teamfight.
