team maia is a professional team from Brazil, founded in 2024.

The original roster included players such as mini, steel-, Arkano, any any and nuages. The team debuted at the Elite League 2024 open qualification, but finished only eighth. After the failure of team maia didn't appear on the professional scene for a long time.

At the qualification for PGL Wallachia Season 2 the team reasserted itself and went there with the following lineup: hFn, mini, Hermit, Jupiter and iSonic. Unfortunately, luck again turned away from the guys and they could not get further than the open stage. A short time later, the roster received a direct invitation to RES Regional Series: LATAM #4, where they took the second to last place.
