Bio

Amir Ethereal Askarov is a professional player from Kazakhstan, playing at the second position.

He started his career in 2023, playing for little-known teams. His first appearance on the big stage was with MoneyMakers: Amir took part in the qualification for ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, but failed to qualify for the main stage.

In 2024, he was trying to qualify for BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024 with Cyber Goliaths, DreamLeague Season 22 with 5Rune Eaters, and DreamLeague Season 23 with Iuxop dynasty. In addition to that, the guy has also appeared at Winline Insight S5 Challenger 2 and Winline Insight Season 5, finishing first and fifth respectively.

In May 2024, Ethereal joined Matreshka and tried his hand at qualifying for the Riyadh Masters 2024, where he almost made it to the next stage, and in June he joined LvLUP MarsBahis to qualify for The International 2024 and Elite League Season 2, but failed to qualify for the main stage of the tournaments. A little later, he placed eleventh at CCT Dota 2 Series 1 with Winter Bear.

July 7, 2024 - Ethereal joined One Move, but less than a month later he moved to Hydra, but even there he did not achieve significant results and left the team in March 2025.

On October 5, Kalmychata became the champions of European Pro League 30, defeating eSpoiled 3:2 in the grand final.

On October 19, Kalmychata officially ceased to exist.
