The "Quartero`s Curios" event and patch 7.39d has been released in Dota-2

The developers of Dota 2 have released an update called “Cuartero`s Curios.” The character Cuartero has appeared in the game's main menu and will be giving out free items to players.

"And of course, Quartero's Curios isn't meant to replace the big Dota events we're working on—it's a smaller, free feature designed to run alongside them. When things are quiet, you might see more of Quartero on the dashboard. But when the next major event rolls in, he'll happily slide aside to make room“

”Quartero`s Curios" includes:

• Sets for Witch Doctor, Vengeful Spirit, and Legion Commander;
• Effects that change the visual appearance and animation of teleportation, level-ups, and a number of items;
• Six random “Antiques”. These drop at levels 5, 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100. Any previously released set can be found in an "Antiques”, including Immortal and Arcana items.

The current range of Cuartero`s rewards is available until November 5. To level up in the event, you need to play Dota 2. 650 experience points are awarded for a win and 250 points for a loss in a regular match, and 425 points for a win and 175 points for a loss in Turbo.

In addition, patch 7.39d has been released. In it, the developers have made balance changes to a number of heroes and items. You can find detailed information about it on the game's official website.
