Rumor: Team Liquid will play with a stand-in at BLAST Slam III after all

Team Liquid has announced a roster change for the upcoming BLAST Slam III tournament. Midlaner Michał Nisha Jankowski will be replaced by Jonathan bryle Santos De Guia. There was previously a report about a roster change for this tournament, but it was later denied. At the moment, there is no confirmed information on the official BLAST Slam website.

The reason for the substitution has not been officially disclosed. This is not bryle’s first appearance under the Team Liquid banner at a major international event, he previously stood in at ESL One Raleigh 2025, where the team placed 6th.

Jonathan bryle Santos De Guia is a North American midlaner best known for his time with TSM, Undying and Fighting Pandas.

BLAST Slam III will take place from 05.05.2025 to 11.05.2025 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Ten teams will participate in the tournament and compete for a prize pool of $1,000,000.
