Tundra Esports are still on top: bookmakers named the main favorites for DreamLeague Season 29

Bookmakers’ odds for the upcoming DreamLeague Season 29 have been revealed, with Tundra Esports named the main favorites despite weak results in their last two tournaments.

At PGL Wallachia Season 8, the team finished in last place, while at 1W ESSENCE I they lost to 1win Team and Yellow Submarine in their opening playoff series and were eliminated from the event. The team’s last major achievement was winning ESL One Birmingham 2026 at the end of March. In addition, Tundra won the previous DreamLeague season.

In second place are BetBoom Team, who became champions of the recently concluded PGL Wallachia S8 without losing a single series. However, the team’s results can hardly be called stable, as they failed to reach the playoffs at both ESL One Birmingham 2026 and DreamLeague Season 28.

Completing the top three favorites are Team Liquid, who consistently finish in the top 4 of almost every tournament, although the team qualified for this event through qualifiers. Their last championship title came in March at BLAST Slam VI.

The biggest underdog is considered to be the Southeast Asian roster REKONIX, which qualified for the tournament through its regional closed qualifiers. This will be the club’s third Tier-1 tournament, and the roster failed to reach the playoffs at the previous two events.

Below are the bookmakers’ odds and the estimated winning probability for each team.

  1. Tundra Esports — 4.80 (20.83%);
  2. BetBoom Team — 5.00 (20.00%);
  3. Team Liquid — 5.30 (18.87%);
