The DPC EEU. Division II Tour 1 is a league for teams from SNG, they play for $75,000 and 2 places in the first division in the next tour. There are 8 clubs participating in the championship and 2 are eliminated. 

Participants:

• Two teams from the first division of the previous tour;
• Four teams from the second division of the previous tour;
• Two teams from the closed qualification.

Format:

• Single round-robin system;
• All matches are best of 3;
• Two teams qualify for the first division of the next tour;
• Weakest two teams are eliminated;
• The remaining teams retain their place in the division for the tour.

Tiebreaker rules:

• If there is a tie, more games will be played:
• Two-way tie: BO3;
• Three-way or more tie: BO1.
