Participants:
- Thirteen invited teams;
- Nine teams are seeded into group stage;
- Four teams are seeded into playoffs.

- One group of nine teams;
- Single round-robin;
- All matches are Bo2;
- Top four teams proceed to upper bracket of the playoffs;
- 5th to 8th teams proceed to the lower bracket of the playoffs;
- Remaining teams are eliminated.
Tiebreaker rules
- by the number of 2-0 wins;
- head-to-head matches;
- extra match bo1.
Playoffs - 09.12.2023 - 21.12.2023:
- Double-elimination bracket;
- All matches except Grand Final are Bo3;
- Grand Final is Bo5.
