Despite its small professional scene, North Macedonia regularly participates in international tournaments, and its greatest achievement is its victory at the European Esports Championship.

2022–2024

After several unsuccessful attempts to qualify, the national team made its debut at the IESF World Esports Championship 2022, where it finished in 5th–6th place among national teams.

The national team’s regular members were Igor Stojkov Stojkov, Alexander zipzap Ivanovski, and Kralot Bulo.

The team also attempted to qualify for subsequent IESF World Esports Championships, but without success.

2025

The national team’s greatest achievement to date was its victory at the 2025 European Esports Championship.

During the tournament, North Macedonia finished first in its group, then confidently advanced through the playoffs and defeated Belarus in the grand final, becoming European champions among national teams for the first time. Throughout the entire championship, the team did not lose a single series.

The championship roster included Stojkov, GodKid, zipzap, Rist , and Kralot Bulo. It was this success that brought the country its first international title in Dota 2.

2026

In early 2026, the Esports Nations Cup was announced with a prize pool of $1,500,000, and North Macedonia’s esports representatives submitted an application to participate.

However, North Macedonia became one of the few countries to compete without a head coach.

The final roster included zipzap, Stojkov, GodKid, H8 and The International 2022 champion Martin Saksa Sazdov, who earned the team enough national ranking points to secure a direct invite to the tournament.
