History
Despite having a small professional scene, Moldova has regularly participated in European qualifiers for international tournaments among national teams.
In recent years, the team has gradually strengthened its roster with the addition of players competing on the Tier 1 scene.
2022–2025
Starting in 2022, Moldova participated in qualifiers for the Global Esports Games and the IESF World Esports Championship.
For the most part, the national team was made up of esports players from the local scene.
Despite several successful performances in the qualifiers, the team was unable to advance to the main stage of major international tournaments.
In 2024, Moldova reached the semifinals of the European qualifiers for the Global Esports Games 2024 and also competed in the IESF Europe Qualifier 2024.
A year later, the national team confidently qualified for the European Esports Championship 2025, finishing the qualifiers without a single loss.
At the main tournament, the team ranked among the eight strongest national teams in Europe, achieving the best result in its history.
2026
In early 2026, a major championship, the Esports Nations Cup, with a prize pool of $1,500,000, was announced, and Moldova applied to participate.
The final roster included players who had previously represented the country: Chief Keef, tony who, Spacewalker, as well as Team Nemesis player Vladislav rubikon155 Gaideu and Vitaly Save- Melnik, a regular on the Tier 1 scene.
Thanks to its national ranking, Moldova earned 2,925 points and received a direct invitation to the main stage of the Esports Nations Cup, bypassing the qualifiers.
