Team Kazakhstan is national Dota 2 team, which represents the country in international team tournaments.

In recent years, Kazakhstan has become one of the strongest national teams in Central Asia, regularly participating in major international competitions.

2022

In 2022, the national team made its debut at the IESF World Esports Championship 2022 and the Global Esports Games 2022.

At the IESF Championship, the country was represented by Alimzhan watson Islambekov, Miras Mirage Mutanov, Abdimalik Malik Sailau, Islambek ArrOw Shaudirbaev, and Aldiyar melvin Moldabekov. 

The team finished the tournament by placing among the top 8 teams. Later that same year, Kazakhstan competed at the Global Esports Games 2022, where it also placed in the top 8.

2023

The main tournament of the year and the national team’s greatest success was the Global Esports Games 2023, where the team won gold medals.

The championship roster included Alexander v1olent Pak, Yegor egxrdemxn Miller, Ilyas Liru01 Akhkubekov, Yerlan AIND Lesbek, and Askar toshiyb Zhumagulov.

On their way to the title, the national team defeated South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia. The victory at the tournament marked the greatest achievement in the history of Kazakhstan’s national Dota 2 team.

2026

In June 2026, the roster for the Kazakhstan national team for the first Esports Nations Cup was announced. Due to high national ranking, the country received a direct invitation to the main event.

The roster included watson and Malik, who had previously represented the national team. They were joined by Arman Malady Orzbayev, Tamir Daze Tokpanov, and Salamat salamat1 Sadyr.

Danial xsvampire Alibayev and Aibek TA2000 Tokaev were named as substitute players.
